AI learned to write from us. How often does it reach for these phrases?

We gave AI models from several companies the same everyday work requests (emails, Slack messages, meeting notes, pep talks, sales copy, feedback and advice) and ran every reply through the checker. None of the requests used any of the phrases, so nothing could simply be copied back.
